Support Vegan Me Please on the journey to open full time

Hi! My name is Ashley E and I am the owner of Vegan Me Please. Running a small restaurant has been a labor of love for me, but I find myself facing challenges that require additional support. From managing inventory and navigating the complexities of food safety ( we have 100) regulations to creating marketing strategies and keeping up with customer demands, the workload is overwhelming. I’m passionate about providing a unique experience, but I know I need help to sustain and grow this business. Whether it's hiring staff, seeking mentorship, or finding resources to streamline operations, I recognize that collaboration is key to thriving in this competitive environment. My goal is to be open full time. I currently work as server the days that I am closed. I look forward to the day that Vegan Me Please can be open full time!
