Support Mom's Fight for Safety and Justice

Dear friends, family, and kind supporters,

I never imagined I'd have to write something like this, but today I need to ask for help.

My children and I are facing a very serious and dangerous situation. For the past seven years, my children and I have been rebuilding our lives after escaping a severely abusive relationship. Since that time, we've experienced peace, healing, and the chance to grow without fear. Unfortunately, my ex-partner, who has a long history of abuse, is now taking legal action against me, threatening the safety and stability we've worked so hard to build.

I am urgently seeking support to retain a lawyer who can help protect my children and me. Legal representation is critical not only for our safety but to ensure our voices are heard and our rights defended. Because of the trauma and PTSD I carry from years of abuse, I fear I won't be able to fully advocate for myself and my children in court without professional legal help.

Having a lawyer would not only provide the strongest chance for a fair outcome, it would also lift an immense emotional and mental burden during this incredibly difficult time.
