Hi, my name is Vanessa reis, and I’m reaching out with the heaviest heart and the deepest hope.

Three years ago, my dad’s life changed forever when his kidneys failed. It was the beginning of the most painful and challenging journey I’ve ever witnessed. Before that, he was a strong, hardworking man—he built his own business from the ground up and was always the one helping others. But when his health started to decline, everything started slipping away.

In the past three years, my dad has endured four surgeries, spent countless days in hospitals, and has had to give up the business he worked so hard to build. As you can imagine, the financial burden quickly became overwhelming. Medical bills piled up, his income disappeared, and slowly, we began to lose not only stability but hope.

But if you know my dad, you know he’s a fighter. Through every setback, he kept trying to get up. He kept smiling for me, even when he was in pain. He never gave up—he still hasn’t. And that’s why I’m here, writing this.

I’m creating this GoFundMe campaign to help my dad get back on his feet. We need support to cover:

• Basic living costs as he continues to recover
