Hello! My name is Vanessa, I am freelance Disabled multidisciplinary dance artist based here in Los Angeles, CA. I am currently seeking funds to support my artistry for the remainder of this year. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to secure sustainable work opportunities for this Fall 2026.
Your support, regardless the amount will help with living expenses, work expenses, and a few upcoming projects.
- Amount: $1500: This amount will support with a few bills for the next 2-3 months meanwhile I continue to seek out opportunities and potential funding.
- Amount: $600: I am presenting a dance film at the Dance Studies Association Conference 2026: Speculative Choreographies: Bodies, Economies, and Movement in a World of Flux and need support with lodging to meet my access needs.
- Amount: $500: Accessible rehearsal space for the next few months for upcoming performances. Typically rehearsal space range from $27-60 depending on availability here in Los Angeles.
