Hi, I'm Riley Buck, otherwise known as "Valories." As an independent artist, finances are often the giant obstacle standing in the way of “doing the thing.” It costs to promote music, to make music, to play music, to get yourself out there. I’ve been fully prioritizing music for the past 3 years, even going from a full-time corporate job to a flexible service industry job so I can make this a reality. Every year my project has evolved, every year I have grown as a person and artist, every year I feel more equipped to take it to the next level. This current "next level" is PLAYING MORE SHOWS OUT OF STATE!

It's important to play markets outside of Nashville to increase chances for other touring opportunities. While this could be fun and exciting, it’s also a beast to prepare for and accommodate. I have 5 shows coming up late February and March, in Memphis, Dallas, Austin, Nashville, and Atlanta. I have to hire bandmates (for all show days + rehearsal days), rent a van that will hold all of us and our gear, pay for gas, pay for rehearsal time, secure places to stay in each city, pay for merch up front (which will be our main money-maker on tour), and pay for content (video work and photos to go towards promotion and branding).

Already YOU -- my AMAZING SUPPORT SYSTEM -- have covered the cost of merch, the rental van, gas, and rehearsal space time. Know that your generosity goes a LONG way.
