Hi everyone,

It’s nearly impossible to articulate how much Roger means to all the lives he touched. If you’ve been following along, his journey with ALS was excruciating to watch. Roger faced it with strength, courage, and tenacity, and the legacy he left is vast. He was known for his love of fly fishing, helping others, his family, and making others around him laugh and feel loved.

As most of you know, Valerie left her teaching career to take care of Roger full time. After his passing, the weight of uncertainty of what the future holds is something we would like the alleviate from Valerie so she can focus on grieving, healing and spending time close to family.

Those around Roger and Valerie have been so kind, supportive, and empathetic during their journey. If you would like to contribute to this fund we (her family) has created for her, we would be so grateful.
