Hi, I’m Valentin and I’m reaching out to the community to ask for help in supporting me with the cost of legally changing my name and gender.

This was not on my agenda for 2025, but with the uncertainty of this current administration and the changes that are being made to quickly strip trans individuals of their rights, it’s something I need to do for my own protection and peace of mind.

With that being said, the fees associated with this legal process, in addition to the reordering of a new birth certificate, driver's license, and hopefully (universe allowing) a new social security card, are costs I was not prepared for. Anything helps; simply sharing this with friends, family, and your community would mean the world to me.
