Support Uyu's Surgery !

My name is Jennifer and I am trying to raise money to get my best friend, Uyu, the needed surgery that will although remove her front left arm overall improve her life for the better. She has never been a big fan of loud noises, especially fireworks which lead her to absolutely freak out and hurt herself on the 4th of July.

When we took her to the vet we were praying for just a simple dislocation however that wasn't the case, she had fractured the growth plate on her elbow. When consulting with the vet our best course of action was to either get her surgery to put in a few pins and pray that the bones along with the muscles go back to working how they should or to amputate the arm. We were quoted $5,000 - $6,000 which at this point in time is near impossible for us to afford. I know she's in pain and I don't want to prolong that even though she is on strong pain killers for the time being until we come up with a game plan and the money to move forward. So we've come to the tough decision to ultimately go with amputation in hopes that it is cheaper and will get her back to being the little goofball that she is.

I'm researching a ton of clinics that offer this type of surgery along with being affordable. We would really appreciate any and all help anyone can offer since we spent a hefty amount of the small amount of savings we had on the initial vet visit.

This little cat is my entire world, I love her so much and seeing her like this hurts my heart. All donations will go towards all her medical expenses and post-op care.
