Support UTAMA's Cultural and Leadership Programs

Steuerlich absetzbar
UTAMA Non-Martial and Cultural Programs: UTAMA headquarters in Eaton, Colorado, offers a range of non-martial and cultural programs. These programs focus on preserving cultural heritage and fostering executive function skills through leadership, critical thinking, and conflict resolution. UTAMA emphasizes skills for personal growth, community engagement, and social awareness, drawing on the values of Pencak Silat, the Indonesian martial art recognized as an intangible cultural heritage by UNESCO.
Phase 1: UTAMA Executive Function Programs (target age group 8 to 16)
UTAMA’s programs introduce students to essential skills that form the foundation for success in both personal and professional environments: • Business Fundamentals: Teaching core business skills for career and personal growth. • Everyday Problem Solving: Building executive function and critical thinking for daily life. • Anger and Stress Management: Developing mindfulness and emotional regulation. • Philanthropy: Fostering leadership and community service with a DEI focus. • Vocational Education: Offering practical training for diverse career pathways.
These programs, made possible by the generous support of our donors, will provide free access to educational resources for diverse communities worldwide in collaboration with the 501(c)(3) Asian Festival and the Najafi Thunderbird 100MM Learners program.
Phase 2: Thunderbird Global Entrepreneurship and innovation Bootcamp Scholarship (age 15 and up)
Upon completing UTAMA’s foundational programs, students can transition to the Thunderbird Bootcamp Scholarship Program—an advanced track offered through the 100 Million Learners initiative. This program prepares them for pursuing a Master’s degree by deepening skills in global management, leadership, and community impact, building a path to higher education for those ready to advance.
Request for Support:
We extend our heartfelt thanks to our donors whose tax-deductible contributions make these programs possible. As UTAMA continues to expand, we invite your ongoing support to sustain and broaden our impact, reaching even more individuals in need via the DEI initiative in partnership with the University of Arizona's Thunderbird School of Global Management, the Asian Festival 501(c)(3), and UTAMA 501(c)(3).
