On 23rd January, Sophie and I will be taking on HYROX Manchester.

We’re doing this to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support, a charity that provides vital care, support, and guidance to people affected by cancer and their families when they need it most.

Almost everyone knows someone whose life has been touched by cancer, and Macmillan’s work makes an enormous difference during some of the toughest moments people face. Our goal is to raise £800 between us, and each donation, big or small, will help fund essential services like emotional support, specialist nurses, and practical advice for those living with cancer.
