I'm 61, before my insurance lapsed after being laid off from my job I had worked for 3 yrs. Got an MRI showing damage to meniscus and ACL, diagnosis "knee replacement" I lost insurance and started having trouble reading and having vision loss in L. Side ,. Was able to get in a clinic ( good Samaritan) in cullman,co. Lyons club checked my me and said L.side total blocked,R,side severe, cataracts,: need surgery to fix or will go blind.

If I could get my vision fixed, I can brace my knee enough to get form of employment, So if I can get 2,500

Would be a blessing.
