On Saturday, April 18, a devastating fire tore through homes on Bergen Turnpike in Union City, claiming the life of a 74-year-old woman and leaving 22 people displaced.
Families were forced to flee with little to nothing and now face the difficult path of rebuilding their lives. As the investigation continues, those impacted urgently need support for housing, essentials, and stability.
Any contribution can help provide relief during this incredibly difficult time. Please consider donating or sharing to support the families affected.
This fundraiser is being held by the City of Union City municipality as a way to help members of our community during this difficult time. All funds will be collected by the municipality and disbursed directly to the individuals/families for relocation costs and any other items needed to help rebuild their lives.
