My name is Craig Glore, proud owner of Uncle Chicken’s — a small, mom-and-pop comfort food restaurant in the heart of New Smyrna Beach, Florida — proudly serving the community for over 11 years. Located in the historic US-1 corridor — New Smyrna known for its beautiful beach’s and laid back vibe— where our restaurant has become not only a locals but visitors GOTO as well. We have included renderings of what the place will look like.

Now we’re ready to take Uncle Chicken’s to the next level so that we start to help rejuvenate the US 1 corridor and we can’t do it without your help. New Smyrna Beach has been going through a lot of changes over the last few years and it’s time for US 1 to follow what Flagler Ave and Canal street have done so well. Traditional funding will not work for small businesses like ours unless you are perfect and we are not. So we thought we would try it this way. Not looking for a handout, We are just trying to help make this beautiful historic area stand out as it is the first part of NSB people see as they travel down US 1. Please find it in your heart to help. Achieving this DREAM will help so many people gain employment to take care of their families.
