Hi friends! It's Sharon! I am a Leo and my birthday comes around this Wednesday, August 06th. Instead of gifts this year, I have a big, bold ask that will truly change lives – and I hope you'll join me in making it happen.

The Dream: A Safe Home in Oaxaca Magical Oaxaca holds a special place in my life – a tapestry of indigenous culture, ancient history, incredible art, and breathtaking beauty. But there is so much more. Some families in this extraordinary place still need a safe, dry, and dignified home where children can study and dreams can take root. That's exactly what we're building together.

The Mission I've partnered with my friend Taylor Conway and the incredible non profit TECHO to be part of something extraordinary: building 10,000 homes for families across Latin America by 2035. TECHO doesn't just build houses – they transform entire communities through:

* Transitional housing that provides immediate relief and dignity

* Social inclusion programs that create lasting change

* Community partnerships that ensure sustainable impact

Why This Matters to Me: With increased talk of immigration and homelessness, I sometimes feel overwhelmed by problems that seem too big to solve. But here's what I've learned: we can make a real difference, right now, for real families. When we provide a home, we're giving security, opportunity, hope, and dignity – all the foundations that let dreams take root.
