Hi, my name is Katya Soroka.

I don't usually ask for help, but today it is different as I'm reaching out for your support while the crisis in Ukraine continues.

My parents and my brother, along with some of my close friends, have stayed behind to protect their homes and families. They reached out to me and asked for supplies that are necessary in these times, but also very hard to get anywhere in Europe right now.

So far I purchased and shipped the following:

• Long range radios walkie-talkies (28pcs)

• Europe plug adaptors (11pcs)

• Night vision and day binoculars (3pcs)

• Knee and elbow pads (12)

• Balaclavas (15pcs)

• Portable chargers (6pcs)

• Tactical gloves (6pcs)

• Infrared thermal imaging camera (1pc)

• First aid kit

• Bullet proof vest (4pcs)

I've spent almost $10K of my own money to purchase and ship everything. In addition, medical supplies are extremely vital right now as I'm coordinating shipments with a shipping company who is currently running routes in the region.  

Some of my friends, colleagues and their friends have already donated $5K; some of my friends donated supplies as well that I've also shipped over the weekend.

It is really hard to be so far away from my family and I really want to help them in any way possible, so I'd like to thank all of those who already offered their support and ask everyone to contribute what they can in such a difficult time.

I can't express just how much this means to me and the impact these items can make for those unable to leave their homes.

Please help me continue providing support to my family and their neighbors in my hometown.
