As you may know, the historic flooding in Asheville has caused many business to shutter from damage, destruction or lack of utilities to service the people. With the restoration of water being 3+ weeks out, Ukiah Japanese Smokehouse, and all AVL F+B locations will be unable to open as we head into what are our busiest months of the season.

As an owner of the restaurant, I am asking our supporters to donate to our Staff Go Fund Me. Every dollar raised will be donated directly to our Hourly Employees to recover lost wages and the additional cost of resources during this unprecedented time. We plan to split evenly in the beginning of 2025
