**To ensure transparency as per GoFundMe policies: Adam Mikolajczyk, the campaign organizer, is a faculty member at UI Health.  He will transferring the funds from his personal checking account to the Institutional Account for the Internal Medicine Residency Program in the form of checks.  The funds will be used to purchase lunches and/or care packages for the residents.**
