Hi! We are 4 undergrad students (Sofia, Maddie, Richard, and Matthew) at UCSC completing our last year here and our capstone project! Our capstone is a student-led and executed research project on biomedical sciences. Our specific project is testing how certain proteins affect the growth of the C. acnes bacteria in the skin. We need to get all of our own funding for this project, which is why we are reaching out via GoFundMe. Our estimated budget is around $1,000, but truly anything helps!
