We are U Care Project!!!! Our doggies get placed into forever homes locally and in the Northeast with the help of a few groups. We want to shout out a THANK YOU to New York State Retriever Rescue, Small Dog Rescue of New England, Double Dog Rescue, and Save One Soul Rescue for help in adoptions to different areas beyond Louisiana.

Our fosters and volunteers, aka coordinators, runners, founder, etc., DO NOT GET PAID. We don't have enough support to supply dog food for most fosters, so it falls on the volunteers' shoulders. Some dogs we have for 1 month, but most we have for 4 months to a year and some beyond! We have to vet these babies even if not adopted. We have to feed these angels while hoping for an adoption. This is why we stay in debt. With puppies, we need more supplies: potty pads, Nutri-Cal vitamins, puppy food, additional dewormer, additional vaccines. This time of year, added expenses include fans, tarps, bedding, pine straw, and so much more.
