My son Tyrone Jr has been living with arthrogryposis since birth, and over his 15 years, he has faced more surgeries and hospital visits than most people see in a lifetime. Each procedure and appointment has been a challenge, but Tyrone Jr’s strength and resilience inspire me every day. We travel regularly to Minnesota so he can receive care at Shriners, which has been a wonderful place for his ongoing treatments and surgeries.

Recently, I found myself without employment, and while I’ve always tried to manage on my own, the costs of travel, food, and medication are adding up quickly. It’s not easy for me to ask for help, but I want to make sure Tyrone Jr gets everything he needs for his health and recovery. Every bit of support will help us get to his appointments and cover the essentials that keep him comfortable and cared for.
