From Humble Roots to Global Giving: Help Typhoon Tino Survivors in the Philippines

I was born and raised in the Philippines, the 11th of 12 children in a hardworking farming family. We didn’t have much growing up—just grit, faith, and the strength of community—but I was fortunate to receive a good education, build my own companies, and even run for public office to serve others in my hometown.

Now living in the United States, my heart breaks as I watch the devastation caused by Typhoon Tino back home. Families just like mine—farmers, laborers, parents, and children—have lost everything. Homes have been destroyed, livelihoods swept away, and entire communities are struggling to survive.

This fundraiser is my way of giving back to the land and people who shaped me. Every dollar you donate will go directly toward food, shelter, medical aid, and rebuilding efforts for families affected by the typhoon. I will personally ensure that your generosity reaches those who need it most.

Whether you can give $5 or $500, your support means the world. Thank you for standing with me and with the people of the Philippines in this time of urgent need.

Daghan kaayong salamat (Thank you very much)
