Tyler has been an integral part of the Bay Area's Ecstatic Dance community, personally hosting around 1,300 Dances over the past 17 years. Through his dedication, hard work, and passion, he has not only introduced Ecstatic Dance to the Bay Area but has also helped it spread around the world. His efforts in hosting, organizing, marketing, and holding space for Ecstatic Dances have touched countless lives and created a sacred space for our community to come together and connect.

Tyler has come to realize that for the health of the community to continue thriving, growing, and evolving, it is time for him to step aside, and invite the next stewards to bring this movement forward.

As Tyler passes the torch to new stewards of this incredible movement, we want to show our gratitude for all that he has done and support him in his next steps. While he has ideas on how to support himself and his family, he is still unsure how he will do so without the Ecstatic Dances he has created and nurtured since 2008.
