Hello, my name is Tyler, and thanks for taking the time to read this. I don’t like asking for help like this, but right now it’s my only choice.

Due to some recent medical issues, along with the medical costs and missing work, I need help. This includes an MRI, doctor/therapy appointments, medicine costs, and loss of wages.

I unfortunately used my vacation time during an important family move, so I don’t have that as an option now.
