Hello everyone, my name is Tyler. I was born and raised in PGC, and a couple of months ago, I came to Cambridge, Maryland, to try to make it on my own so I can have a place for my kids to visit. It's been a year since I've seen my kids. Their mother has moved them to New York, and I used to travel back and forth to go see them, but recently, my car has been taken. I was sleeping in my car for months while going to work, and between the pay that I received and child support, I don't make enough to support myself to be on my own. I've tried to do rent-to-rooms, but nothing has panned out yet. My management knows about my situation. I refuse to acknowledge my situation so little that they know that my car has been impounded. That was my home. Currently, I stay inside of a storage unit that I have my things in, and I use a gym to work out and to take my showers, but I have nowhere to stay. I can't get to my kids, so now I realize that I can't give up. I'm reaching out for help. I don't expect the world to care, but I know those who have been in similar situations will understand. I'm asking for a boost. I don't have any other way to say it. I'm just trying to have a place of my own to be able to see my kids, so please, anything helps. I will really appreciate any kind gestures, and while I wait, I will continue to push forward and to work until something better comes along. Thank you for taking the time to read my story. I have plans for me and my kids. I am a very creative individual; I just don't have the means or space to create that story just yet. But thank you again for taking the time out of your day. Sincerely, Tyler
