I’m reaching out on behalf of my son, Tyler, who recently experienced a life-altering accident. While riding his electric bike down the parking ramp of his apartment building, a sudden slip on what appeared to be accumulated brake dust and oil caused a terrible fall. Tragically, Tyler’s ankle was caught in the crash, leading to severe injuries—both his tibia and fibula were broken.

The road to recovery will be long. Tyler, a talented hair stylist, has already undergone surgery, which required the insertion of a rod from his knee to his ankle to stabilize the bones. Doctors estimate his recovery will take 3-6 months. Since his work as a hair stylist requires him to stand for long periods, it’s impossible for him to work during this time. To make matters even more challenging, Tyler is an Independent Contractor without health insurance, meaning the mounting medical bills are entirely his responsibility, all while he’s unable to earn an income.

Tyler is someone who’s always been there for others, but now he’s the one in need. Your support can make a world of difference in helping him cover medical expenses, rehabilitation costs, and everyday living expenses during this difficult time.
