Earlier this year, I was diagnosed with stage 3 cancer in my mouth and neck. Because of the pain from the cancer, it’s hard to eat, drink, and even speak. That, with the effects of the medication making me dizzy and nauseous, I’m unable to teach music lessons, teach jiujitsu classes, and work my full-time job as a police officer. Because of my outstanding support from my gym, and the support from the police department, I am not on zero income, but it has been significantly reduced.

Reduction in income, with the addition of medical bills, expenses of medications, and being a single father with two young children (5 and 4), it’s getting beyond what I can do on my own. The funds raised will go directly toward paying bills, medical expenses, living expenses, and taking care of my kids while I’m not able to work the jobs I was able to before. Every bit of support will help me focus on my health, and my family during this tough time. My gratitude for your generosity and willingness to help could not be expressed into words.
