Support Tyler Poschke's Fight for Life

Hi! My name is Jennifer Hernandez and I’m raising funds for my cousin Tyler Poschke. Tyler is such a kind soul and the father of an awesome little boy, Eli. He is currently in the hospital fighting to pull through for his family. He grew up riding motorcycles and has always had a love/ passion for being on a bike.

Unfortunately, Tyler was struck by a vehicle while riding his motorcycle on Sunday, May 19th where he sustained several life threatening injuries and was air lifted to the Grand Rapids trauma center. Tyler has severe internal injuries that have resulted in multiple high risk surgeries this week to keep him stable, and has more ahead of him in the coming weeks. His future and extent of his injuries are still unknown at this time. Tyler also suffered a brain bleed from his accident and furthermore had a stroke during one of his surgeries that led to increased pressure in his brain. He had to have brain surgery to relieve the pressure to prevent further damage. Tyler is not in the clear and remains in the ICU. His injuries are being closely monitored and remain at a life threatening stage, he continues to fight for his life.

The next few weeks will be critical in determining Tyler’s outcome. He will have a long road of recovery ahead of him once he is moved out of ICU. To lighten the burden on Tyler and his family I’m hoping to raise money to assist in paying his medical bills and any financial burden his family is bearing during this difficult time. Anything you can do to support him and his family is greatly appreciated.
