My name is Danielle, I'm Tyler Beaver's sister. I'm asking everyone to keep Tyler Beaver in your prayers as he has a long road ahead of him. Tyler is 25 years old; he shouldn't be going through this. He has so much life to live still.

On January 7, 2025, Tyler was sick with the flu. That night, he started coughing blood and not feeling well, so his fiancé Bre called an ambulance. They took him to Glenwood Hospital, but they didn't have any beds available, so they flew him to Shreveport Hospital Christus Highland Medical. The doctors told our mom, Connie Geraci, that he's septic and has MRSA, which is causing his lungs, kidneys, and heart to not work properly. His heart's only working at 30%. The doctors started dialysis on Tyler because his kidneys aren't working. On January 8, 2025, they put him in a medically induced coma (on a ventilator) so his body wouldn't fight it and he could heal faster.

On January 18, the doctors called our mom to get consent to take Tyler off the ventilator and to do a tracheotomy and to put a feeding tube in. The doctors said that if he stays on the ventilator, it could cause damage to his throat and cause more infections. He's had some really bad nights as his blood pressure keeps going really high, so they started blood pressure medicine to get that under control.

Tyler has a fiancé and 2 beautiful little girls that need him. His mom and sisters need him to come out of this. With all this going on, it's hard for his fiancé Bre to keep up with all the bills and everyday necessities that their 2 daughters need. No one should have to worry about any of this when something so tragic is going on.

Your donations would help cover Tyler and Bre's rent, water, electricity, and anything that their 2 daughters need during this horrible time. It would also help us be able to travel to Shreveport to be with Tyler.
