The same hands that once cradled their daughter now struggle with basic tasks like dressing or using the bathroom. Tyler's road to recovery stretches years ahead, while Alanna must somehow be both caregiver and mother, forcing her to step away from work. Their daughter Ezra's innocent laughter remains their beacon of hope, but hope alone cannot keep a roof over their heads.
