The Story:
My name is Ethan. Online, you probably know me as the voice behind Ty Speaks Truth.
My mission is simple: expose the realities of the justice system, fight for those who are being silenced, and drive real reform.
My background as a veteran taught me how to stand the line. My paralegal training gives me the tools to dissect the legal system. And my firsthand experience inside federal facilities means I know exactly what needs fixing.
Right now, this platform is accelerating faster than I ever anticipated. In the coming weeks, I am launching a multi-state Justice Tour, and I need community backing to make it happen.
️ What is on the Schedule:
The Investigation: I am consulting with NPR investigative reporters regarding the living conditions inside Terre Haute FCI to bring national attention to federal prison standards.
The Inside Work: I have been invited to speak directly to inmates at a facility in Indiana, bringing hope and strategy straight to the inside.
The DC Push: On April 25th, I am traveling to Washington DC to represent the community at a major fundraiser and push the petition for Malik Carter’s justice over the finish line.

Grassroots advocacy is a full-time job, but it does not come with a corporate paycheck.
Up until now, I have self-funded the legal research, the content creation, and the outreach. But I have hit a wall.
I am facing a critical choice: secure the funding to stabilize my household and cover this tour, or step away from "Ty Speaks Truth" to take a full-time construction job just to pay the rent.
If I do that, the advocacy stops. The people I am helping lose their loudest voice. I am launching this Mutual Aid & Sponsorship campaign to ensure the work continues.

Phase 2: The Justice Tour Logistics ($1,300): Covering the vehicle rental, gas, tolls, and basic lodging from the Midwest to the East Coast for the Indiana and DC stops.
Phase 3: Sustaining the Movement ($2,500+): Every dollar raised past the travel costs acts as a "Legal Research & Platform Fund." This buys me the time to keep "Ty Speaks Truth" running full-time for the next few months, taking on more cases, and continuing the fight without being forced off the frontlines.
