Support Ty & Kagan, Shannon Miller's Boys

I am Nichole MacDonald, Shannon Miller's friend and former sister-in-law, and I'm putting this fundraiser together for Ty and Kagan, my dear, sweet nephews. Shannon was a beloved member of our family and her community. In her passing, so many people have been left with a wake of disbelief, sadness, heartbreak, confusion. Nobody is more impacted by this than Corey and those adorable kids.

We have noticed some mysterious fundraisers popping up, perhaps from well-intentioned people, but this is the only fundraiser that is actually for the boys. Corey and his children are not associated with the other fundraisers, and we're not clear where that money is going. For someone who was a prominent member of the entrepreneur community and so well known with a large following, it's natural that people want to get involved when they hear of a tragedy striking. Please be careful who you give money to in Shannon's memory and note that this is the fundraiser for her kids only.

Corey will set up a bank account and any money raised from this fundraiser will go directly into that account for Ty and Kagan. I think what would mean the most to them is to hear messages of support. When you make your donation, please leave a comment sharing with them how much they mean to you and in what ways you hope to support them. Those messages mean everything right now. Ty and Kagan are both very sensitive, wise, darling kids. They want to feel some love, and if we can also set them up with some financial support, that is a bonus. We just don't know what's going to pop up in their lives from all of this and knowing there's a safety net is a blessing.
