Hello, my name is Elisa Lawson and I am creating this on behalf of my niece, Ty'Quavious "Ty" Church, for her son Jay'Ceon "Jay" Moorer. Jay has struggled with health issues since he's been an infant, and I have watched my niece take him from Erlanger to Vanderbilt numerous times when she felt like he needed better care.

Jay is a loving and vivacious upcoming 2nd grader who was taken to the ER on 7/22 where he remains in PICU. He had to have emergency brain surgery to remove fluid from the front of his brain on the same night. He has been improving since then, but today we received the news that he has blood clots on his liver.

As Ty has remained at Jay's side, medical as well as living expenses tend to pile up while she's unable to work. I am seeking support for this dedicated single mom as she sees her oldest son back to health. I have watched her endure so much for her young age as she tragically lost her mom and sister in 2020.
