On behalf of the TFCA Slave Lake and the Filipino Community in Slave Lake, we’re reaching out to ask for your support in our fundraising effort for Twinkle Almeda.

Twinkle has been a cherished member of the McDonald’s team in Slave Lake for many years, working alongside her husband. She’s known for her warmth, cheerful attitude, and strong work ethic, always brightening the day with her smile.

Recently, Twinkle received the difficult news that she has Stage 4 Cancer Lymphoma. She is now undergoing chemotherapy, which is critical for her treatment and recovery.

The costs of her medical care and travel have become a heavy burden. We are asking for your help to ease these financial challenges so Twinkle can focus on getting better.
