Hi, we are Sema and Ilya — 17-year-old twin brothers living with cerebral palsy.

Our entire life has been a fight — for movement, for independence, for a better future. Since we were little, we’ve undergone surgeries, countless rehabilitation courses, and we’re still moving forward — with hope and determination.

We stay active by swimming, playing basketball, and doing hippotherapy. But to keep our condition from worsening, we need regular, intensive rehabilitation.

We were recently given a chance to attend a 20-day rehabilitation course at the Kinesio Clinic in Espinho, Portugal. This treatment is vital for our progress — but the cost is €6,000, and our family simply can’t afford it on our own.

We are raised by our single mom, who works tirelessly to support us. But now we need help.
