Tuxie is in urgent need of our assistance. This summer, he began losing weight, and we initially thought it was just due to the heat affecting all the feral cats. However, his condition worsened, and he became alarmingly thin. We observed him struggling to eat, showing signs of distress, which led us to realize what was happening. Tuxie has an appointment on Monday to have a problematic tooth removed.
We are seeking donations to cover the cost of his tooth extraction, and any additional funds raised will be used to support other feral cats in need through food, TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return), and vouchers. Tuxie has been a beloved member of the Visalia Feral Cat Coalition, even serving as the star of our No Banquet - Banquet. Currently, he is surviving on baby food, which has helped him gain some weight back.
As a true king among feral cats, Tuxie has always looked out for his fellow felines and wants to continue his reign. The picture shows his current condition—thin but improving. Unfortunately, mosquitoes have been bothering his nose, which explains its appearance.
Please consider helping Tuxie by contributing to his dental care. Your support means the world to us and to him. Thank you for your kindness!
