Dear Family, Friends, and Community,
After years of late nights studying, long clinical shifts, tears, triumphs, and the unwavering dream of becoming nurses, we are finally approaching one of the most meaningful milestones of our journey, the Grand Canyon University Nursing Pinning Ceremony for the Class of 2025.
This ceremony is more than just tradition; it symbolizes our transformation from students to nurses who will dedicate our lives to caring for others. It is the moment we receive our nursing pins, marking the start of a career built on service, compassion, and resilience.
Unlike graduation, the Pinning Ceremony is entirely student-funded. We want to create a beautiful and memorable event not only for ourselves, but also for the families who have supported us every step of the way. With nearly 200 guests expected, costs quickly add up, from venue space and decorations to programs and refreshments.
As future nurses, many of us have worked tirelessly balancing jobs, classes, and clinical hours. Covering the expenses of this special event on our own is a heavy load. This is why we are humbly reaching out for support.
Your contribution, big or small, will directly go toward making this ceremony possible. By helping us fund our Pinning Ceremony, you’re not only celebrating our achievements, but also honoring the sacrifices and dedication it took to get here.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for standing with us. This day will be a memory we carry into our nursing careers, reminding us of the community who believed in us as we step forward to care for others.
With gratitude and love,
The Grand Canyon University Nursing Class of 2025
