Hello, my name is Selena. My dog, Tucker, is 11 years old and has been by my side the entire time. I’ve had Tucker since he was a puppy, and we have been through so much together. I was 19 when I got him, and now I am 30. He has seen the worst, and the best of me. He’s my best friend. Anyone who meets him, loves him to death. He is so loyal, goofy, playful, and I swear it’s like a human is inside of that dogs body.

I noticed a lump that was growing on his hip last year, and took him to the vet. Each time the vet told me it was harmless and nothing to worry about. Fast forward, a year later, the mass has grown tremendously and will continue to do so… I took him to the vet again, where they sent off a sample, and it came back as a Soft Tissue Sarcoma.

Due to the location, and how big it is, the surgery is going to cost a lot. Which, I unfortunately, don’t have. The estimated quote is anywhere from $3,000 to $5,000 depending on what needs to be done. They were talking about amputation, depending on how much needs to be removed.

Tucker is only 11 years old. Still full of so much life, and puppy-like behaviors, that it would absolutely crush me to see his life slowly fade away due to a tumor that is able to be removed.

I am asking for help with my dogs surgery, so he can live another 3-5 years. Anything helps!! Thank you so much
