URGENT ASK TO HELP A SEX Worker LIVING WITH HIV AND HYPOTHYROIDISM HEAL. For those of you who don't already know them, meet Tiffany. They are a powerhouse, a loving parent, a prolific multi media artist, rapper, and activist. They are also sex working single momma of color living with HIV and Hypothyroidism. During these last few years she's faced multiple health challenges, including a thyroid removal, second ectopic pregnancy and tube removal, a host of hormonal imbalances, pelvic floor paradox and residual trauma. Tiffany is desperately seeking real medical attention as insurance doesn’t cover the cost of good healing. With 13 surgeries through their life time,abuse and tragedy, healing seems most days, impossible. Impossible because financial stability is essential and their condition is so severe they have been unable to work. Tiffany is quickly running out of money, and is also facing the unrelenting stress of navigating the pandemic as an immunocompromised individual.
 
They've moved through all of this with a tremendous amount of grace, and very little support, but right now they're at their breaking point and need loving community and resources. If anyone knows Tiffany, they know that they are the first to offer help, to center others needs, and to hold their community down. Right now, they need community to hold them down, so they can devote their time and attention to their health and her daughter Amalies well being. Our goal is $8,000 and we know it's possible.
