Hello, My name is Trystan,

I am 18 years old and I am a college student working a part time job. Yesterday morning 4/10/2026 my car was broken into and stolen. I had woken up in the morning to head to a school to see that my car was gone and shattered glass all over the floor. Me and my dad bought this car used on January 20th 2026 so we’ve only had it for about 3 months. We were not able to register it under our names yet because the check engine light had been on for a camshaft sensor. We were working on getting it fixed but haven’t had the time or the spare money to do so. And because of this, the police will not let us file a police report because the car had not been registered under my name. And realistically, the car is most likely parted out or beat up and dumped in some alley already. So the only step now is to move forward and start saving up again for a new car and pray for the best

I’ve made this gofundme for anyone who would like to donate and help me save up for a used reliable car while I am in college and working part time. I’ve set the goal end goal as $6,000 because it should be enough to be able to buy a used reliable car. But I do not expect to reach it just from this gofundme since I will also be saving my own money. I plan on also selling belongings that I do not need anymore to also help with reaching my goal.

I don’t like asking for handouts but this is a pretty crappy situation and i feel pretty helpless and devastated knowing that my car is gone just like that and there’s nothing I can do to get it back. So I could use all the help I can get. Seriously every penny is appreciated and I understand that we live in tough times so do not feel obligated to donate. Even your prayers are enough.
