Support Truman's Fight Against Cancer

Have you ever bought something that cost an arm and a leg? Or maybe you’ve joked about selling a kidney so you could afford something?

Well friends, my brother-in-law Truman has something that will cost him a kidney, and possibly a leg. The past three weeks have been jam-packed with doctor appointments and tests, one right after another. Last week, the diagnosis was revealed: kidney cancer. That’s where it started, and it has metastasized to his femur. We know they will have to remove his kidney, but first, they have to address the damage done in his leg. Truman is self-employed, and right now there’s no way to know if and when he will be able to work again. As you can imagine, even with insurance, the medical bills will be high. Sabrina will likely have to take time off work to care for him after surgeries. They usually like to keep their personal issues private, but I’ve convinced them to let me share this difficult thing they’re dealing with. They have helped me so many times without hesitation.
