Trout was rescued 2 months ago and was extremely malnourished, covered in fleas, and had hook worms. After many vet appointments and deworming rounds, he still was puking 6-8 times a night. X-rays and barium studies later, they found a massive object stuck in his stomach. He needed an exploratory stomach surgery and they found nothing. After a biopsy was taken, they discovered a fatal fast acting disease caused my fungus from still water. The response of the body with medicine is 10% chance. But he is a fighter & we will do anything to help him fight. An internal medicine doctor is needed now to get the best treatment plan. If his body does respond, this is a long term treatment process. If you know Trout, he is my soul dog, my child & my best friend. He is the happiest boy that deserves a life worth living. Emotionally, I am broken and nothing can fix that. Financially , anything will be appreciated. This diagnosis is a battle. Love you all.
