Help Trivium Games Ride the COVID Wave!

Trivium Games was founded in 2017 by a group of friends with a passion for creating uniquely memorable, quirky, and fun puzzle games. After spending 10 years writing walk-around puzzle hunts for the community, we decided to step up our game and build an Escape Room.
Unfortunately, COVID hit just as we were putting the finishing touches on our first room — Ghost Patrol. We finally opened our doors in September, only to be shut down again 2 months later. In the short time we were open the game received rave reviews, and even earned a TERPECA award as one of the top escape rooms in world!
The next few months are critical for us. Our financial reserves took a hit with the first wave of COVID delaying our opening. Now with the second wave and another forced closure, we are facing dire financial strain. As a new business, we are ineligible for most of the government aid programs. So we are looking to you — our friends, family, and fans — to help us stay on our feet.
We are hopeful that as spring rolls around, COVID cases in the Bay Area will start dropping again and we will be able to open our doors. And as vaccines become more widely available this summer, we hope that business will pick up and bring us the relief that we all so desperately need. We simply need to find a way to get there.
The funds we raise here will be used for 2 purposes. First and foremost to help pay our bills. But secondly, and perhaps of more interest to our fans, is that we are planning to use this time to work on a new project. It won't be a full escape room in the way that Ghost Patrol is. Instead, it will be a smaller-scale, 60-minute experience, filled with all the fun, whimsy, and challenge you have come to expect from Trivium Games.
We cannot express how much your help means to us, and we are so looking forward to seeing you all in person (hopefully) soon.
