THANK YOU! We are closing this fundraiser! We met our goal and we are back in bars now and bringing back as many staff as we can! Thank you to everyone who supported our hosts during this time.
Bar/brewery trivia is one of the sectors of the economy particularly hard hit by the COVID19 Pandemic. All of our hosts are out of a job for the time being. 100% of these funds will be distributed to Trivia Mafia hosts to support them and their families during this time.
Trivia Mafia the company will get these funds out when the donations have reached a high enough bar to justify sending out a check*. It is payday on Friday March 27, and the company is paying all of its employees for the already cancelled week of trivia events. So the sting is really going to hit our wonderful employees on their would-be payday of April 10. We'd love to be sending them some support on that payroll.
Your support means the world to us, we've been building this company for 12+ years and we want to make sure that our hosts know they are supported during this downtime. We hear each week from players who love their hosts and have developed a friendship with the host. Your support will let them know that you have their back.

*At the start of the pandemic we were able to send out significant checks to our hosts on monthly basis. As the donations have slowed (and some of our hosts have been able to return to hosting online and outdoors) we are going to send out checks when there is enough balance to get each of our host a nice chunk of dough ($20 or more). We just want to be transparent now that we aren't sending out monthly checks!
