Hello Everyone. As some of you know, our friend, Trish, suddenly lost her oldest son, Brett Busbee, on Saturday night.
Staff Sergeant Busbee touched many hearts. His boss at Xtreme Paintball Park described him as "truly the nicest, most sincere man I have ever known. He was our full-time manager for the past four years, my right-hand man, and like literally everyone’s best friend. He quickly became the face of the business because he was just a genuine, friendly soul. I would tell my wife and Brett all the time that he ran the place better than I did — I am always stressed and running around and he would never miss an opportunity to make genuine connections with people and ask them about their day. I have never in my life grown to love somebody so much in only a few years, and we will forever remember you, bro."
Trish and Brett just purchased a home together two weeks ago and were so excited to have a fresh start in life. The first project they planned, was to install a fence over the next few weeks so that all of their dogs could be together. Brett has two beloved dogs that will be able to move into the new home as soon as the fence is installed.
Trish will be out of work for a while while she grieves while also getting the new house ready. She also will be having some extensive dental surgery at the end of May that will also keep her out of work for an indefinite period of time. Trish is never one to ask for help and is always the first to show up for her friends and family. Let's work together to help her and her family during this terrible loss.
