At just 43 years old, my beloved Aunt Tricia has been diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer—news that has turned our family’s world upside down. This diagnosis is especially heartbreaking, as she previously lost her father to the same disease. Facing pancreatic cancer again as a family feels both devastating and deeply personal.
She is a devoted special education teacher who has spent her career advocating for children who need extra patience, care, and understanding.
Outside of the classroom, she is the primary caregiver for her mother, selflessly putting her family’s needs before her own every single day. She has always been the person others rely on—the helper, the supporter, the steady presence in times of need.
Now, she is facing the fight of her life.
This diagnosis brings not only overwhelming emotional pain, but also significant financial strain. Medical treatments, appointments, and time away from work are already adding up, all while she continues to worry about caring for her mother.
We are raising funds to help ease this burden so she can focus on what matters most: her health, her strength, and time with the people she loves. Any donation, no matter the size, will go toward medical expenses, caregiving support, and daily living costs during this incredibly difficult time.
If you are unable to donate, please consider sharing this page and keeping her in your thoughts and prayers. Thank you for your kindness, generosity, and support as we rally around an extraordinary woman who has given so much to others.
