Hello, my name is Flordeliza Flores and I am reaching out on behalf of my niece, Tricia Ann Lazaro Torrecampo, a resilient single mom to a wonderful 13-year-old girl, Renee. We are seeking your generosity to help Tricia Ann undergo crucial surgery for a rare condition called MoyaMoya disease, which has deeply affected our family and drastically altered the course of her life.

She was 16 years old when she bravely underwent her 1st surgery hoping for a remedy, but the outcome led to unforeseen complications - Tricia lost her hearing, leaving her disabled and reliant on others for daily support. Two (2) other major episodes followed and last week, she was brought to the hospital with severe headache couple with right upper to lower extremity paralysis. After series of test, doctors diagnosed her with MoyaMoya. This rare disease is a progressive cerebrovascular disorder caused by blocked arteries at the base of the brain.

Living in the Philippines, Tricia faces significant challenges in accessing the specialized medical care she needs. Her loving Mom and constant support passed away in 2019 due to cancer and due to Tricia’s disability , she is unable to work and save for unforeseen events. We are hoping that with your support we can cover the cost of surgery, hospital stay and post-operative care which is daunting.
