Hello My name is Courtney Mincey I am the older sister of Trey Bowers. We are reaching out with heavy hearts but hopeful sprits to support Trey, a hardworking, kind, and loving 25 year old young man who is facing an unexpected and life changing medical journey.

Just over a month ago, Trey suffered a severe allergic reaction that led to a seizure and ultimately a heart attack. As a result of this traumatic event, Trey has also suffered brain damage and will now require full time support and care moving forward. Since that day, he has remained in the hospital, fighting every day with incredible strength and resilience.

We are grateful to share that Trey has made meaningful progress and is now strong enough to begin the next critical step in his recovery which is rehabilitation.

Unfortunately, Trey does not have health insurance through his employer, and the medical expenses have quickly become overwhelming. In order for him to be admitted into rehabilitation program, a cost of $5000.00 is required covering just two weeks of care. While he may need additional time to fully recover, this initial amount is the urgent step needed to continue his healing journey.

Trey's family has been by his side around the clock providing love, strength, and support during this incredibly difficult time. The emotional toll has ben immense, and the financial burden continues to grow.
