Dear Friends and Family,

We hope this letter finds you well! As you may know, we will both be graduating this December with degrees in mechanical engineering and bioinformatics. Post-graduation, we’ve been given a unique opportunity to travel to Bangalore, India for a two week cultural exchange program in January. This trip is made possible through Baylor and Vertical Ministries, the campus ministry Trey has volunteered with throughout college.

In India, we’ll be partnering with Christ University’s Social Action program. Our group will be involved in service activities like teaching English literacy and health lessons, and engagement activities like sharing meals with students, living in dorms, and participating in cultural activities. We believe these experiences will offer lessons beyond what our academic educations provided— shaping how we lead, serve, and care for others in the coming years.

As we take on this new adventure, we would like to invite you to partner with us! We are anticipating that this trip will be both challenging and transformative, teaching us lessons we will bring into our professional careers and our marriage. We are expectant for what God will do, so we would like to ask you for prayer that God would do abundantly more in our lives and at Christ University than we can ask or think, that He would keep our team safe and keep our hearts purely toward Him.

We would also like to ask you to help support our team financially. Each of us on our team is raising $2000 to cover essential costs like travel, meals, and lodging.
