Support James in Recovering from Arson

Hi there, I’m James, though some of you may know me as Trey or the secret admin of AdventureTimeBackgrounds on Instagram. This last week I became a victim of arson when a neighbor deliberately set my house on fire.
At 5am this past Tuesday morning - while attempting to decompress from the large amount of stress I have been under these past few months by going camping in Willamette National Forest - I received a frantic call that my home was in flames. I couldn't do anything to change what was happening to my house, all I could do was listen to the chaos. I hurriedly returned home that same day to find my house with significant damage, which has been completely devastating to me.
Years ago, when I was home for Winter Break from my first year of college, I was the only person home when my childhood home caught fire. I was awoken by smoke alarms and was extremely confused about what was happening, having only slept about 2 or 3 hours. By the time I understood what was happening the fire was raging completely out of control. I got out of my house, but we lost almost everything we owned - including the entire interior of the house. I was left with severe PTSD over the incident, a wound which has been ripped open anew by this crime which was committed.
Fast forward to today, I had luckily *just* bought and installed an advanced security camera system as this neighbor's behavior had been growing increasingly erratic. The footage those cameras captured is the only reason we know who set my house on fire, and is the only reason they are now in custody awaiting trial - which is something that at least gives me a small amount of peace.
I’m reaching out for support during this challenging time. As many of you know, my home is a Duplex. I live here while renting out my two empty upstairs bedrooms - and I work with the state to rent out my other unit to low income individuals so that they may have a good and stable home. I’m aiming to raise at least $5,000 to cover insurance costs, living expenses, mental health services for myself, lost income from potentially un-fillable rooms/units during construction, and additional funds to cover anything that my insurance will not cover while my home is being repaired. I know many are struggling, but any contribution, even $5, will make a meaningful difference. If you can't do that then even just sharing this with your friends is extremely helpful as well!!! Your generosity will help me regain stability and aid in my healing process.
Thank you for your support.
