My name is Trev. I've been in the cheesesteak industry for 30 plus years. Starting at the very bottom as a teen, I worked my way to a general manager position, then to an owner myself. During COVID, I opened Trev's Philly Steaks in a small suburban town, Feasterville. I grew up there and always wanted to stay. 3 years ago, I found the location. I agreed to a 10-year lease with the original property owners. I rebuilt the property into a new kitchen, putting a few hundred thousand dollars into it.

The property was sold 2 years ago. The last 7 years were month to month. The new owners found a way to evict me. I'm still paying my debts. I'm forced to close my business because of this. I have to sell all my equipment just to pay my debts. I put my entire life into my craft. It's all I know, and love. I have a 4.7 on Google with amazing reviews.

All I want to do is make one of the best cheesesteaks you can eat. I'm looking to open a food truck so I can feed anyone anywhere, and keep living my dreams.
